Add hash value storage instead of complete mail caching.

Currently, the POP3Proxy caches all mails on the proxy host before delivering them to the user. This could lead to storage, security and legal problems.
The idea is, to work with hash values in order to check if a mail has already be scanned and is ready for delivery.
