Override gettext translator functions.

To create link or context menu for each translated texts we need to write our own gettext translator implementations, which should be used in .mak and other files, instead the originals. We could possibly just make wrappers, and change all imports in project to use them instead originals, or even better would be if we could insert changes directly to pylons by registering own implementation to pylons.i18n ...
