plymouth-theme-ugr

Text theme

On some systems, like Virtualbox ones, plymouth is not capable of displaying the main theme. It will then fall back to the ubuntu text theme, or no theme at all. We need a text theme for this reason. We can base this on the Ubuntu text theme.

Code has been committed, install plymouth-theme-ugr-text once it's built.
Update-alternatives was not configured properly. It has been fixed and is being tested.
