Support for number gluing, doubling, and inversion

Currently numerals are delimited by spaces, like any default translation. Instead, they should be glue characters (denoted in the dictionary as {&n} where {&} is the glue marker and n is the entry to be glued.) This means that they should be delimited by spaces except if they're written adjacently to another entry containing a glue marker, in which case the delimiting space should be omitted. There should also be support for special dictionary definitions involving numbers. For example, if 23EU is defined as "32", it should display as 32 and also fall under the glue stroke rules. Currently it's displaying as 23EU despite the definition.
