Add Current Song Information to the Notification Icon

When the "Show notification area icon" is selected, it'd be handy to use that icon to display the current song's information while a song is playing. Either by using a mouse-over or by left-clicking the icon. That way, if the application window is hidden or on another workspace, it'd still be easy to access.

The Gtk status icon already has a mouseover popup. The libappindicator one seems less functional. You could remove libappindicator from your system, or use the branch I made that separates the status icon.

I think this should be a wishlist bug, not a blueprint.
