A more robust way for Users to say what Events they will be attending.
- A specific EventTime is chosen, rather than the Event as a whole.
- User is notified if that EventTime is changed or removed.
- User can choose whether or not to receive reminders.
- Listed in User's personal calendar.
- RSVP and booking system [optional]
