[bug] - No tracking for asynchronous functions

Registered by Robert Putt

This should probably be raised as a bug not a blueprint but when I try to raise a bug I get this message... "Reporting new bugs for OpenStack Functions-as-a-Service (Picasso) is not allowed.", anyway, if I create an asynchronous function and then execute it from the Openstack python client there is no way to check it's status... For example no execution ID is returned like what you receive with IronFunctions and there is no way to query Picasso later to check for results... This seems to be a major flaw to me, here you can see an example of creating an async function...

openstack fn routes execute demo_app-797d956bab374df3ab33c /async_hello

As you can see it returns nothing.
