Title optional for content types

Some content types may not obviously need a title. However they still need a url, which is normally derived from the title field value. A srategy needs to be developed for dealing with these cases where the content type does not really have a natural title.
example: quoted text; which will have the quote itself and a reference to the author of the quote. No obvious title.
