Easy Installer

There needs to be an easy installer script so that the end-user does not need to mess with opening configuartion files. Upon first run of the software, the user should be presented with a screen to enter their database details. This will then write these details to the /system/application//config/database.php file, as well as the base url to the config.php file. Of course, the script will check to see if the database connection can be established before writing the configuration files.

This script should only be triggered if no database connection can be found, and only be called from the /cms path. For the display side of things, if there is no database connection, a simple message saying the site is offline should be displayed.
