Add a possibility to re-run tests

Currently tests are executed just once. Might be nice to add a button for re-running a single test.
We need to parse the test file to set ini settings and environment accordingly before doing that, special care is needed for redirect tests...

-The more I think the simpler it looks, just run run-tests.php with jsut the file as parameter, the complexity is then at the debugging one, but maybe that's best to be changed in run-tests.php
