Support multi-projects

Unless Trac, phpMyTrac will support multi-projects, like the majority of the other bug trackers. Each project will have his own tickets and milestones.
A project can be marqued as part of another. When viewing tickets of the super-project, we can choose to see the tickets of the subprojects, if any.
