Allowing an extra alias for whatever url.

I am interested in a feature in adding extra url aliases for any existing url. For example:
Lets say I have the following URL;
items.html?cars=3

For this url I can add as many optional urls as I wish:
So I can add an alias as;
shop/cars/3
store/3-cars

Or whatever. This will allow a more flexible and readable sef system.
