Even after installing, starting using PHPDevShell is not complicated. It should be made easier, with two axes: a default plugin, and some code generation tools

Starting working with PHPDS requires creating a plugin: this is too complicated and hard to understand for new users.
Creating a first could be made easier by:
- changing the word "menu" to "node" to avoid confusion
- providing a default plugin where scripts with no plugin can go ;
- adding a "files" page linked to the plugin manager to automatically add menus to the DB based on the list of files inside a plugin's folder
- adding a "new" function to the plugin manager to generate a new plugin folder structure (including default files) and installing it
