Some subjects might be tricky in PHPDevShell (for example: why can't I see the text in my locale language?) ; I think it should be nice to add soem kind of "dynamic Q&A", i.e. a diagnostic page which, given a topic, will check the commun mistakes

- language translation
- access to a given page for a given user
- check if PHPDS has write access to it directory
- check if PHPDS has outbound access to the network
