1/ Cleanup new configuration options (esp. debug / error)
2/ Rearrange default files to skip manual action for first install

1/ error (handling and reporting) and debug should be separated (on production site error is used but not debug)
-> config options should be therefore cleanly separated
2/ The default files will be slightly rearranged:
- .new files will disappear
- the two defaults files will be "_default.
- they will be overriden on each update
- they will contain enough to run on default parameters
- all others possible config files will be used as they are now
