Include a PHP accelerator in Hardy Heron

Registered by Mrts

Currently (as of Gutsy), Ubuntu does not have a working PHP accelerator. An accelerator is indispensable for production PHP sites.

As e.g. eAccelerator (http://eaccelerator.net/) is both reasonably mature and available under GPL, there are no real barriers in including it Ubuntu.

It builds in Ubuntu with no hassles, so only a packaging effort is required:
cd eaccelerator-0.9.5.2/
phpize5
./configure
make
make install
