Finish the mainwindow GUI

In order to finish the mainwindow the following will need to be done.
-Add proper tooltips for the toolpalette
-Make toolpalette resemble the original PhotoFiltre style
-Add a colour selection button or box above toolpalette
-Add the second toolbar and toolbar items
