Add more save formats to save dialog

The save dialog only supports PNG. Needs more format options similar to the openDialog.

Basic implementation done but I need to solve a bug. The get_filter will always return 1 because its the first filter selected. I need something like signal_changed working so the filter will return a different value depending on user selection.
