GTK Frontend to control features

Currently no front end exists to control phimage.
The frontend will try to control all of the features of phimage and create a way to quickly look at a directory of prictures and how they will be displayed.
The also will provide a way to quickly test settings and play with settings until the user find a setting the meets their needs the best.
