Ability to batch shift timestamps a certain amount of seconds/minutes/hours/days etc

Ability to batch shift timestamps (File attributes and the various EXIF timestamps) a certain amount of seconds/minutes/hours/days etc is essential when one has discovered that the time/date settings on the camera was wrongly set when taking the pictures! This feature would finally prevent some of my pictures from appearing in the beginning of timeline features in photo organization programs just because I had mistakenly reset the camera to factory settings one week of March...

GPicSync does something similar - might be re-usable code in there: http://code.google.com/p/gpicsync/

Just have integer fields for:
seconds
minutes
hours
day
monty
year

Also add a method to choose between "Exif", "File" or "Both"

In case of exif set the new datetime value to photo.metadata['Exif.Image.DateTime'] and in case of file to the filetimestamp.

This can be positive of negative.
