Add justify field to text action

It would be nice to use in the Polaroid action list.
Basically what would need to be done is take the text width and height:
m_x, m_y = draw.textsize(
and change the orientation. Right now Phatch does justification based on positive or negative offsets. It would be better if the justification is added as two choice fields:
horizontal justification (left,centre,right)
vertical justification (top,middle,bottom)
