Allowing tab navigation between action fields.

Phatch should allow tab navigation between action fields. This can really improve the user experience. Many users prefer keyboard navigation over mouse and I'm one of them :)

This needs more specification:
- is this between the fields of one action or one from the other
- what happens if the next action is disabled -> behave same as enabled fields
- what happens if the field is the last one -> stops there, no cycling
- what happens if the next field opens a dialog box eg to choose a mask -> dialog can be closed with escape
