[Windows] [Mac] Add opaque droplet

Windows and can not drop on transparent areas, so it should use an opaque droplet as provided by Igor.

The opaque droplet should be converted with phatch/other/img2py and is located here:
images/source/igor/droplet_opaque.gif

For Linux and Mac (?) we keep the transparant droplet.
