Fix capitalisations in French translations

French capitalize differently. A book title only capitalizes the first word. The rule is even more complicated:

So you can start fixing all menu entries with wrong capitalization.
You can find them by launching your version of Phatch (most didn't
change) and look for them through launchpad search.
