When Files rename the counter Reset in a new Subdir

The Counter start at zero when a new Subdir is create. Example:
/2008-03-
/2008-03-
/2008-03-
/2009-04-
/2009-04-

Also add a possibility to start from a different base than zero.
This variable is <$> and to format it wit zeros you can do:
<##$> = 01
<###$> = 001
A base for a different base than zero has been added to the execute dialog box.
