Colorize whole image by selected color from a palette.
Limit the colorization to dark/gray/white values.
This way one can simulate chemical toners (sepia, gold, selenium, etc)
that can limit their effect in certain values.
By combining these actions one can simulate split toning effects
(combining two or more chemical toners to achieve special colors and effects)
