Add pattern method to background action

The opposite of the watermark action.

Add a "Fill" ChoiceField with "Color" and "Pattern"
Add a "Pattern" ImageReadFileField (conditional on method above)
Add a "Method" ChoiceField same as watermark (scale, offset, tile)

So the image is pasted on top of the background pattern. Should be easy.
