Keep the Add Actions dialog open and add and remove Actions by means of doubleclicking and/or drag and dropping.
I believe that it would be faster and more convenient to add and remove actions to the list window by double clicking and/or drag'n'dropping while the action dialog remains open than having to open dialog every time. You save on mousework and its faster and less hassle too.

I am not sure if the add dialog should be all the time open. I like that now it cleans itself up. I implemented already that double clicking works. Also now the add dialog will remember it previous state.
