Phatch

Phatch should contain an ActionList library

I would like to see Phatch ship with a folder that is either visible to the user or hidden, perhaps as a dotfile under "~/.phatch/action_lists/" So you can access, store, and share *.phatch Action List files.

I already know stani would like to start an Action List Pool & Community. This would facilitate that goal
