Use several rollback segments

InnoDB seems to be able to use several rollback segments (rseg). But currently only single rseg is used. Increasing the number of rseg may be helpful for CPU scale of write-intentional workloads.

- information schema of rseg may also be needed
- the next CPU scale problem may be appear (e.g. about purge?)
