Add option decrypt for xbstream

Add options --decrypt=ALGO --encrypt-threads=N --encrypt-key=KEY
--encrypt-
When --decrypt=ALGO specified xbstream will automatically decrypt
encrypted files when extracting input stream. ALGO can be
AES128/
specified to provide encryption key, but not both. --encrypt-threads
specifies the number of worker threads doing encryption, default is 1.
