Implement replication support in XtraBackup test suite

The XtraBackup test suite currently has no support for setting up multiple servers, e.g. replication master/slave setups. Which leaves many features and bugfixes not covered by regression tests.
The purpose of this blueprint is to implement support for multiple servers and setting up replication within the test suite.
