Incorporate fix for MySQL bug #61191 to XtraBackup patches

Compressed tables may cause xtrabackup to crash on prepare. Applying the proposed fix for for http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=61191 patches reportedly helps to avoid the crash, see issue #13695.

We should consider incorporating that fix to XtraBackup patches.
