Example: I want to copy only table test.mytable from server1 to server2
there can be:
# There are no uncommitted modifications by transactions in the .ibd file.
# There are no unmerged insert buffer entries in the .ibd file.
# Purge has removed all delete-marked index records from the .ibd file.

- If this feature is implemented as external executive, server2 may need to be shutdown.
- The *.ibd file must be closed cleanly. (or must be "--prepare"ed by xtrabackup)
