Back up server UUID

Registered by Alexey Kopytov

Created from bug #949520.

MySQL 5.6 creates a server UUID in the data directory:

$ cat data/auto.cnf
[auto]
server-uuid=a658ff09-137b-11e1-b73c-a9f4ca16100e

We should back this up, but I'm not sure how to restore it. We would probably want to restore it only when we're restoring to the original server, not when cloning the server.

Whiteboard

It's not clear whether backing up UUID (i.e. auto.cnf) has any value. https://blueprints.launchpad.net/percona-xtrabackup/+spec/support-gtid says it should be included into the backup. Removing from the mysql-56-support dependencies.
