Make chunk size produced by innobackupex/xtrabackup adjustable

According to Hugo "As for the default chunk size, 10MB is good for small scale and 100MB for large scale environment. But it still related to how incremental backup and concurrent upload been implemented."
This is to make chunk size adjustable and evaluate performance impact of changing the chunk size.
