Add parallel (-p) option to xbcrypt for encryption. Xbcrypt is invoked to encrypt non-InnoDB files during a backup being performed via innobackupex. It currently only implements serial, single threaded block encryption unlike the implementation within xtrabackup binary that can perform parallel block encryption.
