1. Create TableLogParser.pm
TableLogParser.pm should have the same interface as the existing file parser modules (e.g. SlowLogParser), but obviously its internal functionality will be different. It should read queries from a MySQL table log: http://
2. Add TableLogParser to pt-query-digest
Will need to add "log" to --type and update my %alias_for (around line 12318).
