pt-table-checksum list replicas

Add an option to make pt-table-checksum list the replicas it discovered.

OBSOLETE: I think this is feature creep. pt-slave-find with the same options has the same code and therefore the same slave-finding results. As of PT 2.2, the tool will warn if no slaves are found.
