Perform pt-table-checksum between the original and the copy (use FTWRL)

Offer the user through --checksum-copy switch, the option to lock the table for some time, to perform a form of local pt-table-checksum to verify data identity between the original table and the copy (will have limitations of course, and the checksumming should exclude the changed columns; that said, it works perfect for add-index cases which are very common)
