pt-heartbeat should inform the user that replication has stopped

pt-heartbeat is a great tool for watching replication catch up. Unfortunately, sometimes, replication breaks in the background. pt-heartbeat continues to give the elapsed time, which now that repl is broke/halted constantly increases.
It would be nice if pt-heartbeat printed a warning line when repl is not running so the user is aware that his constantly increasing lag time is the result of repl not currently running.
