Save pt-diskstat samples in MySQL

Registered by Daniel Nichter

From https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-toolkit/+bug/928088:

This is a feature request, not a bug. It'd be useful if pt-diskstats output could be stored real-time in a mysql table. Perhaps after each interval (--interval) vs. a bulk load (--save-samples). Once recorded there are many avenues for usage be it real-time Nagios monitoring, cacti graphs or deeper analysis that can't be done in a flat file like averages, percentiles, deviations, etc.

The option name --save-samples-mysql may be fitting.
