pt-config-diff should include replication settings

pt-config-diff only tries to check entres in /etc/my.cnf [mysqld] vs SHOW VARIABLES.
The [mysqld] section also includes replication settings which can be checked against the SHOW SLAVE STATUS\G output. This is not done and without it on a slave server vital misconfigurations could be missed.
