Nibble Iterator module

We need to make an iterator that nibbles a table and hides all the details. This iterator should replace all the various methods that various tools currently use to process table rows incrementally.

NibbleIterator is done and merged into the lp:~percona-toolkit-dev/percona-toolkit/pt-table-checksum-2.0 branch. Although currently unpublished, its test coverage is at least 93%.
