* DONE: Update copyrights. A lot of code is already copyright Percona Inc., but some is copyright Baron. -- The copyright will be kept as-is (they already reflected the various authors). New code will be copyright Percona for years when it is released.
* DONE: Baron wants to change Maatkit copyrights to BSD or something more permissive. Should we use a different license for Percona Toolkit? -- Will use GPL v2 (Maakit tools already have this; Aspersa tools need them).
* DONE: Remove /^\d+_/ from tool test names. I'm not sure why I did this long ago, but I don't think it added any value.
*DONE: Reorganize the repository directory structure.
* DONE: Making the test suite work with the new repo dir struct.
* DONE: Rename mk. to pk. (tool name prefixes, tool package names, etc.).
* DONE: Rebrand Maatkit tools. See rev 14 or later for how I've re-branded certain POD sections.
