Umbrella blueprint for misc fixes for errors in test suite. Underlying theme is incorrect reliance on consistent ordering when extracting data for output.
- Perl loop extraction of keys in array has become random in newer versions
- Version Check also had ordering problems
- Similar problems in select statements relying on consistent ordering.
