Beta support for Percona XtraDB Cluster

As of 2.1.8, relevant tools will have _beta_ support for Percona XtraDB Cluster. PXC-related changes and fixes should not affect operation with normal MySQL. Full PXC support will start with 2.2 after read-world usage and feedback is gained from this release.
Any Percona XtraDB Cluster related bugs discovered after 2.1.8 will only be fixed in 2.2. New PXC-related features will only be implemented in 2.2.
