Beta support for MySQL 5.6

As of 2.1.8, tools will have _beta_ support for MySQL 5.6. Full support will start when MySQL 5.6 becomes GA.
Any MySQL 5.6 related bugs discovered after 2.1.8 will only be fixed in 2.2. New MySQL 5.6 related features will only be implemented in 2.2.
