Add pt-fingerprint

Add the pt-fingerprint tool that we created for one of our customers for Percona support issue 20149.
We will need special command-line options to enable the features the customer needed, because otherwise the fingerprints won't be exactly as most other Percona Toolkit tools make them:
1. Match and fingerprint MD5 strings like "db.tbl_<md5>" and "db.<md5>_tbl", s/<md4>/?/

2. Do not match embedded numbers like 5 in "db.table5":

These options are off by default to match the other tools, i.e. pt-query-digest which does not match MD5 and does not keep embedded numbers.
