Add init scripts

There are some issues on Maatkit with some sample scripts, and there is a Debian bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=652524

We need to support both Debian and Red Hat / CentOS.

OBSOLETE: This isn't going to happen. Init scripts are more for services than interactive tools. Maybe an init script for tools like pt-stalk and pt-kill makes sense, but even then there are no sensible defaults to start those tools with.
